ICDO Mapping Terminology Files

The ICDO Mapping Terminology contains a set of terms in NCI Thesaurus (NCIt) that have been mapped to terms with equivalent meaning in the International Classification of Disease for Oncology (ICDO). The files represent mappings to the histology (morphology) and the anatomical site (topography) terms present in the third addition of ICDO (ICDO3).

Files available for download :
Mapped_ICDO3_1_Terminology.xls (The set of terms that have been mapped to terms with equivalent meaning in ICDO3.1 in Microsoft Excel format.)
Mapped_ICDO3_2_Terminology.xls (The set of terms that have been mapped to terms with equivalent meaning in ICDO3.2 in Microsoft Excel format.)

There are 5 tabs in each file corresponding to: Tab 1: all NCIt codes mapped to any term (both morphology and topography) in the stated version of ICDO; Tab 2: all NCIt codes mapped to the histology (morphology) terms in the stated version of ICDO; Tab 3: all NCIt codes mapped to the histology (morphology) preferred terms (PT) in the stated version of ICDO; Tab 4: all NCIt codes mapped to the anatomical site (topography) terms in the stated version of ICDO; Tab 5:all NCIt codes mapped to the anatomical site (topography) preferred terms (PT) in the stated version of ICDO.

Each file has column headers on the first row:
