The Changes file is published monthly and contains all changes that have been made to NICHD 
content in the current production version of the NCI Thesaurus (NCIt) when compared to the 
most recently posted previous file.

Changes:

The files posted in January 2011 are in pre-production status. 
These files should be viewable in the NCIt Browser during the first week of March. 
At that time, a set of files will be posted with a NCIt version noted in the worksheet tab.
