NCIt Mapping Files
The NCIt maintains a collection of mappings to other vocabularies: ChEBI, HGNC and SwissProt(UniProt)
This data is in the form of a tab delimited file with the following columns:
- NCIt Code: An unambiguous, unique, permanent alpha-numeric code assigned to every concept in the NCIt.
- ChEBI Code: An identifier within the EBI Chemical Entities of Biological Interest database.
This data is in the form of a tab delimited file with the following columns:
- GO Code: An identifier within the Gene Ontology.
- NCIt Code: An unambiguous, unique, permanent alpha-numeric code assigned to every concept in the NCIt.
This data is in the form of a tab delimited file with the following columns:
- NCIt Code: An unambiguous, unique, permanent alpha-numeric code assigned to every concept in the NCIt.
- HGNC Code: An identifier for the HUGO Gene Nomenclature Committee certified gene.
NCIt-SwissProt Mapping
This data is in the form of a tab delimited file with the following columns:
- NCIt Preferred NameThe word or phrase that NCI uses by preference to refer to the concept.
- NCIt Code: An unambiguous, unique, permanent alpha-numeric code assigned to every concept in the NCIt.
- SwissProt Entry ID: The identifier for a reviewed entry Protein within the Swiss-Prot database.
