1.) Established Pharmacologic Class concepts that are not linked to an actively marketed drug in the FDA Structured Product Labeling have been placed beneath a new concept "Inactive Preparations by FDA Established Pharmacologic Class". 
2.) Established Pharmacologic Class concepts are in the process of being restructured to create a more comprehensive hierarchy of the classes. A new CTY of APC (Additional Pharmacologic Class) has been created to support the addition of grouper concepts for this effort.
