HemOnc Terminology Files

The HemOnc knowledge base (KB) is a derivative of the HemOnc.org website. HemOnc.org is the largest freely available wiki of anticancer regimens and medications and aims to capture all current and historic standard-of-care treatments for all cancers, adult and pediatric. The portions of the HemOnc KB available here are licensed by version under the CreativeCommons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC 4.0).

Under this license, users are free to:
Share - copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
Adapt - remix, transform, and build upon the material.

Terms of use:
Attribution - You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
NonCommercial - You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
No additional restrictions - You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

Spreadsheet column headers:

Spreadsheet Column Content Description
Subset Code The NCIt code of the subset.
Subset Name The NCIt name of the subset.
NCIt Code The code attached to the concept assigned by NCIt. This code is unique.
NCIt PT The preferred term that NCIt staff has assigned to the concept.
HemOnc PT The preferred term that HemOnc has assigned to the concept.
HemOnc Code A numerical code associated with the HemOnc PT provided by HemOnc.
NCIt SY Synonym(s) that NCIt staff have assigned to the concept.
NCIt AB An abbreviation that is used for this concept.
NCIt BR A brand name that is used for this concept.
NCIt CN A drug study code that is used for this concept.
NCIt Definition A definition for the concept provided by NCIt staff.

Process

The database is reconciled the last Monday of every month; this is the database from which a production version is generated to correspond to the files posted on the ftp site. The version is noted in the tab of the worksheet. The files will be posted during the following two weeks.
