Please download the EVSReportWriter.zip onto your C: drive and unzip it there.  Trying to unzip it within you web browser will cause it to install incorrectly.  

The ReportWriter requires you to have at least java version 1.5.0_06 installed on your PC.  If you are not sure what version of java you have, if any, please go to this site and click the "Verify Installation" button.  If you do not have java, it will automatically take you to a screen where you can download it.

The ReportWriter has currently only been packaged for Windows.
