With this December 18th release of the CDISC terminologies, the standalone Questionnaires, 
Ratings, and Scales (QRS) terminology has been deprecated and its content subsumed into the 
Study Data Tabulation Model (SDTM) Terminology. Additional QRS terminology will be developed
on an ongoing basis to support all CDISC standards and as part of the SDTM terminology. 
Future additions to the terminology set is handled via the terminology change request and 
maintenance process. For the latest QRS content and codelists please access the SDTM 
Terminology download location, http://evs.nci.nih.gov/ftp1/CDISC/SDTM/ using your web browser, 
or access ftp://ftp1.nci.nih.gov/pub/cacore/EVS/CDISC/SDTM/ using an FTP client.

Background:

SDTM and CDASH are international standards for clinical research data collection 
and submission, and are approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a 
standard electronic submission format. CDISC and NCI work together to develop 
and maintain SDTM controlledterminology, which is also integrated and distributed 
as part of NCIThesaurus (NCIt).
