With this June 26th release of the CDISC terminologies, the standalone Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) 
Terminology has been deprecated and its content subsumed into the Questionnaires, Ratings, and Scales (QRS) Terminology.  
For the latest QS-FT-CC content and codelists please access the QRS Terminology download location, 
http://evs.nci.nih.gov/ftp1/CDISC/QRS/ using your web browser, or access 
ftp://ftp1.nci.nih.gov/pub/cacore/EVS/CDISC/QRS/ using an FTP client.

The "COA" directory will remain accessible and hold the archived versions of the COA Terminology.  Any 
changes to the location of this archive will be advertised.
