| Spreadsheet Column | Content Description |
|---|---|
| NCIt Code of Subset | The NCIt Concept Code that is associated with the subset name. |
| Subset Name | The preferred term of the subset. |
| NCIt Concept Code | A unique, machine readable string that begins with a "C" and is followed by a series of digits; each concept in the NCIt has one concept code. |
| NCIt PT | The preferred term chosen by EVS staff; the most unambiguous term for a particular concept. Each concept has one NCIt PT. |
| NCIt Definition | The meaning of a concept as defined by NCIt. |
| CTCAE PT | The preferred term chosen by the CTCAE; one file contains non-pediatric and the other is pediatric, as marked by Ped-PRO-CTCAE in the column header. |
| CTCAE Attribute Code | The concept code for the attributes assigned to the term in column D. |
| CTCAE Attribute Value | The term value assigned to the attribute code in column D. |
| CTCAE Attribute Has Value Code | The concept code for the attribute values assigned to the term in column H. |
| CTCAE Attribute Value | The term value assigned to the attribute code in column H. |
The database is reconciled the last Monday of every month; this is the database from which a production version is generated to correspond to the files posted on the ftp site. The version is noted in the tab of the worksheet. The files will be posted during the following two weeks. Additional terms may be suggested at the Term Suggestion page; please indicate PCDC as the project.
